If I had to pick one event, I’d say go to the Grand Tasting 7:30-10 p.m. Friday night at the Garden of the Gods pool oasis at Caesar’s Palace was the Grand Tasting at 7:30 p.m. It brought together 50 award-winning chefs serving up samples, along with more than 100 fine wines and spirits from around the world.
The Celebrity Chef Poker Tournament started at 10:30 p.m. Friday at the Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan. You could pay to watch or play with some your favorites, and it was for a good cause: Proceeds will benefit Communities in Schools and Vegas Roots.
